Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:

&nbsp;
<ol>
 	<li>One thousand five hundred and forty-eight (1548) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (14) in section 2 part 2 area G7 (E720659 S1-R8) of the basement and completed the lift and the new lift in the Section 1 basement area G7 (E720661 S1 – R8). The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in brown as depicted in the attached drawing.</li>
 	<li>The area was probed with a hand probe and three moisture density nuclear gauge tests were performed in the basement, section 1 and section 2 and verified the results by running a check-plug. The test locations are depicted in the enclosed drawing.</li>
