Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>Two thousand five hundred and twenty (2520) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (17) in section 2-part 2 area G7 (E720659 S1-R8) and continued and started to place a new lift in section 1 area B7 (E720661 S1 – R8) for lift (19). The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in brown as depicted in the attached drawing.</li>
 	<li>The basement area was probed using the hand probe and two moisture density tests has been performed in section 2 part 2. The enclosed and attached drawing depict the test locations.</li>
