Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>Two thousand three hundred and forty (2340) cubic yards of fill materials were placed for lift (20) in section 2 part 2 area G7 (E720659 S1-R8) and started the placement in section 1 area B7 (E720661 S1-R8). The materials were placed and compacted in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in brown as depicted in the attached drawing.</li>
 	<li>Three moisture density tests were performed and a check-plug has been performed to verify the results in accordance with ASTM standards. The enclosed and attached drawings depict the test locations.</li>
