Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Ram Mogulla visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>Two thousand three hundred and ninety four (2394) cubic yards of fill material were received and placed for lift 25 in section 2 basement area G7 (drawing E720661) of the basement. The materials were placed and compacted in general accordance with ITP-001.</li>
</ol>
No testing was performed on this day. Testing of section 1 and section 2 is planned to be performed the next day or at the completion of the entire lift. Therefore, no density reports were generated on this day.
