Summary *

AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (reference drawing E720661 S1 - R5, E720659 S1-R5.)

During the visit, the following observations were made:
<ol>
 	<li>Two thousand three hundred and seventy six (2376) cubic yards of structural-fill materials were placed for 8-inch lift (1) in section 1 area B7 (drawing E720661) and continued the placement of in the section 2 for lift (1) are G7 (drawing E720659) of the basement. The materials were placed in accordance with ITP-001, and the fill area is highlighted in purple on the attached drawing.</li>
 	<li>No tests were performed on this day.</li>
 	<li>Structural fill was being placed in 8-inch lifts in section 1 and continued to place in section 2.</li>
