AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC (ASEC) representative Avinash Bandam visited the site at the request of Jackson Demolition representative Josh Kelly. The undersigned representative was present to monitor, verify and document the ongoing project activities. (Reference drawing E720661 S1 – R8, E720659 S1-R8.) <ol> <li>Two hundred and forty-one (241.7) tons of 825-B Stone has been placed, compacted, and levelled.</li> <li>Seven density tests have been performed within the whole basement area.</li> </ol> We appreciate the opportunity to be of service to you on this project.
