On October 24, 2023, Vidal Dias of ASEC visited the 31.8-acre site to clear paths for a proposed development of 53 single-family units with associated parking spaces and open spaces. Two detention ponds are proposed. Activities: <ol start="1"> <li>Cleared 20 locations on the site for the proposed development.</li> </ol> Observations: <ol start="1"> <li>During the clearing process, illegal dumping was noticed in areas near the proposed ponds and near B-14.</li> <li>A structure located near B-03 was found to contain several empty buckets labeled to have once contained a flammable substance.</li> </ol> Photos are attached
