Observations/Finding

Summary *

On 11/29/2023, the undersigned ASEC representative visited the site to observe the ongoing placement of the sewer line along Road 'C'. This visit was part of our continued effort to observe and document the progress infrastructure installations as per project requirements.

<strong>Sewer Line Installation Observations:</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>The focus of the visit was the sewer line installation process along Road 'C'. The operation was observed for its adherence to project plans and specifications.</li>
 	<li>Piping appeared to be installed in accordance with the project drawings.</li>
 	<li>Backfilling operations were also observed. The trench was backfilled in six to eight-inch lifts and compacted.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Compaction and Testing:</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>Compaction tests were performed on the compacted backfill material.</li>
 	<li>A probe rod was used in conjunction with density testing equipment to verify stability of surficial soils. The probe rod did not exceed two inches in deflection.</li>
