Summary *

The undersigned representative of AS ENGINEERING AND CONSULTING, LLC was on-site to observe the continued installation of the sewer pipe along Road 'C' and the subsequent backfilling activities. This visit was an extension of our ongoing monitoring efforts to verify project adherence and quality.

<strong>Continued Sewer Pipe Installation:</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>The primary focus of the site visit was to oversee the ongoing sewer pipe installation along Road 'C', concentrated in the area marked in blue on the provided project drawing.</li>
 	<li>The sewer pipe placement process was observed to verify that each section of piping was aligned correctly and installed at the appropriate depth according to the project's technical specifications.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Backfilling Operations:</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>Backfilling operations were carried out following the pipe installation using Red to Brown Micaceous Silty CLAY material.</li>
 	<li>The backfill material was systematically placed around the newly installed sewer pipes and compacted.</li>
</ul>
<strong>Compaction Testing:</strong>
<ul>
 	<li>Compaction tests were conducted during the backfilling operations to confirm that the fill material was compacted to the project standards.</li>
 	<li>The results of the compaction tests are as follows:
