Summary *

Our AS Engineering &amp; Consulting, LLC representative was on site to perform a foundation bearing inspection for the following lot footings:

Parkside, Lot Numbers #122, #123, and #124

Lot #122:
<ul>
 	<li>H1F (NW)
<ul>
 	<li>FT1: Light brown/red sandy silt micaceous rocky, blows = 11.</li>
 	<li>FT2: AR - rock = 1ft 8in, offset AR - rock = 1ft 6in, offset AR = rock 10in.</li>
</ul>
</li>
 	<li>H2B (SE)
<ul>
 	<li>FT1: AR - rock = 6in, offset AR - rock = 11in, offset light brown/white sandy silt micaceous = 15+ blows.</li>
 	<li>FT2: AR - rock = 1ft 3in, offset AR - rock = 4in.</li>
 	<li>Probing: Used 3/8" diameter probe rod.  Sections on top exhibited soft areas between rocky sections (approximately 4 to 5 inches).</li>

Additional Information:
<ul>
 	<li>Rebar and Wire Mesh: After the second inspection, both were found to meet job specifications for size, spacing &amp; quantity.</li>
 	<li>Informed Austin after the second inspection to demuck and drain out the standing water in the footing due to rain. No confirmation of the issue being completed has been received.</li>
