Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

<ul style="font-weight: 400">
 	<li>At the time of arrival, the first batch of concrete was tested (with WSP, 2Mnext) for slump, air content, temperature of the concrete and unit weight and the results were shared with CW Mathews for the necessary changes.  A second round of testing was completed and specimens were cast.</li>
 	<li>A second test of concrete (Ramp 7) was initially tested (with WSP, 2Mnext) for slump, air content, temperature of the concrete and unit weight with the results are shared with CW Mathews.  A second set of specimens were cast.</li>
