Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Nature walk: Lots #1035 &amp; #1036
<ul>
 	<li>Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in removing the soil from Lot #1035.   Grey material, organic matter and the remains of a burn pit was encountered at 12ft from the ground level. All the unsuitable material was removed.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 	<li>First layer of fill placement was started and compacted with the Bomag BW142D-2</li>
</ul>
Seven Hills: Amenities
<ul>
 	<li>Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in removing the stockpile near the Pickle ball court parking using a Komatsu PC 360LC and cut from the west of the job site. Fill was being transported with two tandem-axled dump tricks, while dozing was performed with a Komatsu D85EX.</li>
 	<li>The next lift of fill was started on the pickle ball court and car parking.</li>
</ul>
<ul>
 	<li>Proof-rolling of the boulder fill was utilized to verify stability in lieu of density testing using a nuclear density gauge.</li>
