Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Seven Hills: Amenities
<ul>
 	<li>Large boulders were encountered during grading and the breaking of rock boulders was done using a Deere 350GL.</li>
 	<li>Upon arrival, the contractor was engaged in cutting the roadway using a Komatsu PC 360LC and cut from the west of the job site. Fill was being transported with two tandem dumps for the tennis Court and parking lot, while dozing was performed with a Komatsu D85EX for the next layer and compacted using a CAT563E.</li>
 	<li>The next lift of fill was started on the tennis court &amp; parking area.</li>
 	<li>Boulder fill placed was testing using proof-rolling to verify stability in lieu of density testing.</li>
 	<li>Compaction testing was performed using a Troxler nuclear density gauge, along with general probing using a 3/8″ diameter probe rod for fill placed on the clubhouse area.</li>
 	<li>Density test results indicate that compacted materials did meet the project requirement of 95% of the maximum dry density obtained by a Standard Proctor ASTM 698.</li>
