Summary *

<h3><strong>Observations</strong></h3>
The above mentioned AS Engineering &amp; Consulting (ASEC) representative arrived on-site to observe field activities. The following tasks were performed:
<h3><strong>Earthwork Activities</strong></h3>
The <strong>cut and backfill</strong> activities proceeded throughout the day under favorable weather conditions. The cut was performed using a <strong>349E CAT Excavator</strong>, sourcing material from a nearby cut location. Routine hauling was carried out by <strong>two heavy-duty 745C Loading trucks</strong>.
<h3><strong>Backfilling and Compaction</strong></h3>
Backfilling operations continued on <strong>Lots #26 through #30 (backside)</strong>, a process initiated last Monday. A <strong>61Pxi Komatsu Bulldozer</strong> was used for backfilling, and <strong>compaction</strong> was performed with an <strong>815F CAT Roller</strong>.

<strong>Density test results</strong> confirmed that compaction met job specifications for <strong>95% compaction of a standard proctor</strong>. Additionally, <strong>proof-rolling and general probing</strong> verified the stability of these areas.
<h3><strong>Utility Backfilling</strong></h3>
The <strong>sewer lines between Manholes E2 &amp; E3</strong> were <strong>backfilled today</strong>. <strong>Density test results</strong> again met the required <strong>95% compaction of a standard proctor</strong>, and stability was confirmed through <strong>proof-rolling and general probing</strong>.
