Observations/Finding
Summary
*
As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.
Project Overview:
A subsurface investigation was conducted to determine the presence and depth of bedrock along the proposed sewer alignment located behind Lots #1035 and #1036 within Naturewalk Phase 6B. The intent was to assess the feasibility and potential excavation requirements for future sewer installation.

Drilling Equipment and Execution:
A Ranger DX800 (see attached photos) was mobilized to the site to perform test borings. A total of 11 test borings were completed in-line with the proposed sewer path. Drilling was conducted by Nick from Advanced Explosives, progressing from north to south. Test borings were spaced approximately 30 feet apart, aligned along the centerline as staked by the onsite grading company foreman (see photo).
<p
