<p class="" data-start="97" data-end="392">A representative from AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) visited the site to provide quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with the project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and approved material submittals.</p> <p class="" data-start="394" data-end="577"><strong data-start="394" data-end="416">Site Observations:</strong><br data-start="416" data-end="419" />Due to the presence of wet backfill materials, the contractor was unable to proceed with backfilling operations.
