Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

 	<li data-start="214" data-end="313">
Preparation of the entrance road (right side of Shalley Boulevard) for subgrade proof-rolling.
</li>
 	<li data-start="314" data-end="431">
Placement of Graded Aggregate Base (GAB) on the left side of the entrance road (left side of Shalley Boulevard).
</li>
 	<li data-start="432" data-end="538">
Curb removal at the deceleration lane on the west side of the project – Nature Walk, 7 Hills Amenities.
</li>
</ol>
<h3 data-start="545" data-end="566">Observations and Recommendations by ASEC:</h3>
Subgrade proof-rolling for the entrance road (right side of Shalley Boulevard) was conducted at 1:00 PM in the presence of representatives from Paulding County (Mr. Mike Keener), the site contractor, and our ASEC representative. Based on the proof-roll evaluation, ASEC provided the following recommendations:

Portion 1: Undercut an area measuring 53 ft x 15 ft to a minimum depth of 4 inches and place GAB in the undercut area.
</li>
 	<li data-start="1004" data-end="1129">
Portion 2: Undercut an area measuring 197 ft x 12 ft to a minimum depth of 4 inches and place GAB in the undercut area.
</li>
 	<li data-start="1130" data-end="1254">
Portion 3: Undercut an area measuring 77 ft x 12 ft to a minimum depth of 4 inches and place GAB in the undercut area.
</li>
 	<li data-start="1255" data-end="1378">
Portion 4: Undercut an area measuring 23 ft x 8 ft to a minimum depth of 4 inches and place GAB in the undercut area.
</li>
</ul>
