Summary *

As requested, the site was visited by our AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the
purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were
employed to verify compliance with project drawing/specifications, applicable codes, and materials
submittals. The following observations were observed on site this day.

Our ASEC representative was on site as requested by the contractor (Pulte Homes) for mono-slab inspections and DCP testing of footings for lots #68 and #80 in pod #21.

Upon arrival to the site, it appeared that the footings have approx. 1in to 2in of water present. The contractor used plastic in the footings to protect them from rainfall. There was an approx. 10ft to 12ft stretch of the footing that was uncovered. ASEC performed DCP testing in these areas.

ASEC also probe rodded through the plastic in dry areas, and in-between the plastic and shoring in areas where water was present. Probe rod testing appeared to pass, and the slabs appear to be ready for pour once the water is removed/dried from the footings.

ASEC contacted Robert (Pulte) and informed him of the water standing in the footings. Once the water is removed, they are ready for pour.
