On the above date the writer was on site as requested and assisted in monitoring and testing concrete pour for bridge slab deck pour of 135 yards.The writer assisted in molding three sets (6) 4x8 cylinders,see additional report dated today by ASEC technician. The writer reobserved placement of reinforcing steel at bridge panels prior to concrete pour.Discrepancies observed on 7/17/26 were corrected. The writer also observed proof rolling of remaining damaged sub grade to sanitary sewer manhole #12 using a loaded tandem dump truck having 18 plus tons.The sub grade was also observed by members from NWGP who begin repair measures clipping damaged sub grade to replace with additional base stone.The contractor clipped out a section today recommended for 4" placing six loads of base stone with contract base stone included. The writer also observed the Grading contractor hammering residual rock at building lots.
