Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques wee employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observation were made on site today.

1. The onsite inspector met with the site superintendent Morris Pucket and the project engineer Ram Mogulla, to walk the site in the area of lot #27 in regards to the stabilization efforts form the previous day. Test pips where dug inside of lot #27 and the the adjacent road to quantify the amount and type of remediation required in this area. Please refer to Ram Mogulla report/recommendation for a complete list of findings.
2. Following the walk through, the inspector and the site superintendent walked the previously excavated  area around lot #27 and quantified a total linear footage of heavy organic material removed form this area. Please refer to the attached document for a map of the area with total measurements.
