Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and

materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

On-site today @ 11:00am today to perform DCP tests on footingsfor residential unit at 6168 Collins Road, Acworth, GA. The test results of the DCP show that the current compaction is within plan specifications (see DCP test results). The rebar for the slab and footing was being installed and was fount to be in general acccordance with project specifications.
