Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

A rebar and footing inspection was scheduled for the subject property 6172 Collins Rd, Acworth GA 30101 (Lot 5)

• Based on the rebar size (#4), placement (single row spaced at 6 inches apart) with 2” chairs. The rebar placement was consistent, acceptable and within plan specifications.
• Two DCP tests were performed (see DCP test results) Based on the density test results, visual observation and random probing, the footings was found to be acceptable and within plan specifications.
