Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today

Prior to arrival, the writer was informed by the site superintendent Victor that work was suspended (for Memorial Day weekend) and would not continue until Tuesday, the following week.

The writer upon arrival to the site performed DCP tests on completed retaining walls (the base area.) Tests were performed on lots 234, 235, 176, and 172.

The DCP density test report for this day list the test results for the work performed on this day.
