Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques wee employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observation were made on site today.

1. Finalizing the excavation of retention pond  Sd4-3 and started the excavation of the diversion ditch running from Sd4- NorthWest to Sd4-3.
2. While waiting approval for the previously recommended under drainage system for lot 1; The contractor excavated a draining trench running the center line from the North end of lot 1, too the construction entrance storm drain to promote positive drainage.
3. Lots #10-#11 where walked and staked by CGU for the placement of the temporary retention pond Sd4-2. The contractor proceeded to strip the area into the weekend.
