Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques wee employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observation were made on site today.

1. Over the weekend, the contractor completed stripping up to 2’ of topsoil off in some places of Sd4-2, upon completion, the contractor ran into a high water table on the East side of lot #11 running to the South side of lot #11. The contractor cut a draining trench from the North End of the lot #11 down the the South East corner and placed a pump to help drain the abundant ground water.
2. The contractor started the earth work for temporary retention pond Sd4-4.
