Daily Field Report
Observations/Finding
The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today
Upon arrival to the site the writer observed that work had been completed on pipe placement from AA10 to AA20, CA30 to CA40 and CA40 to CA50 since the last site visit.
The writer observed that the contractor was in the process of relocating the silt fences along the area located between lot 10 and lot 11. They were moved back approximately 8 – 10 feet
The site superintendent Morris Pucket (CGU) informed the writer that most work would be suspended due to in-climate weather (thunderstorms, heavy rainfall.) experienced over the weekend. Site conditions were very wet and unsuitable for most heavy construction activity.
