Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation as well as photograph techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today.

Upon arrival to the site, the writer observed that work was already in progress and almost completed for both sewer #1 and sewer #2 locations (see attached photo).  The work included adding 1 1/2 feet of additional #57 stone as needed.  This work was discussed with Morris Puckett(CGU).
