Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following tests were performed onsite this day.

Upon arriving at site, located on Pittman road, Installation of the tie in drain located near the road at side of property was being hindered by underground water source (see Pic. #1).  The crew was pumping out water, removing wet soil, and adding 6″ of additional gravel and preparing to pour 8″ of concrete to help alleviate issues.

A follow up will be conducted on July 28.
