Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following tests were made on site today:

A DCP test was conducted for Lot #17.  The building site was flat with a small amount of gravel on the surface.  Please find the attached results.

A DCP was conducted on Lot #15.  A large area of this lot was blocked by debris not yet removed by the grading company.  Several off sets were required for the back of lot as flecks of rock caused Auger refusal.

A DCP test was conducted for Lot # 11.   An area of this lot was was Blocked as a gravel storage area.  After several Off sets test data was recorded.
