Based on review of guidelines for fill placement, the required compaction for structural fill at the above mentioned area is 95% of standard Proctor.

Based on visual observation and field testing, the fill was placed in 8 to 12 inch thick lifts and compacted using a CAT 815F sheepsfoot compactor(weight; 45,757 lbs.).

See attached density test results for more details.

Observed the excavation of basement lots 446 through 448.

Observed the measurement and beginning fill of excavated hole 42x20x20 with topsoil removed from job site.

Proof roll observed on lots 459 through 461. Proof roll was done with loaded CAT 740B(weight; 163,087 lbs.) and passed with no discrepancies.

ASEC recommends sealing of the surface of placed fill from inclement weather and maintain the positive drainage.

The contractor was notified about results.
