Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

• drilling continued on site to blast rock and place it in the deep layers of fill.
• Blasted rock is being processed into smaller sizes acceptable for use in deeper boulder fill layers.
• Layers of rock being placed in the area of approximately lots 338 through 346.
• Soil is being mined from cut areas to cover rocks for blasting and then later be used for structural fill on site.
