Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities.

The following are observations that were made at this time: continuing to move rocks into layers of deep structural fill, these areas were tested by a proof roll using a CAT 773E truck (weight fully loaded; 219,000 lbs.) and passed with no discrepancies.

Boulder fill was placed with lift thickness approximately 12 to 24 inches in thickness capped with structural fill. The placement was observed and checked with random probing and vehicular interaction with placed boulder fill.
