Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time: erosion and moisture control was done on site in the for of pumping water, turning soil to dry it out, and scraping thin layer of wet soil off the top of fill to dry it. Job site was deemed too wet for fill to be placed.
