Observations/Finding

On this day the site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services.  It was observed that soil was being excavated from lots 133,134, & 135 and moved to the slopes behind lots 118,119,120, & 121.  The soil was placed in 12 inch lifts and compacted by a Caterpillar 815.  The elevation began at 875 reaching approximately 880 upon completion.

It was also observed the back fill of soil for sanitary sewer from lots  45 – 49 to 55 – 50.  The soil was placed in 8 – 10 Inch lifts and compacted with A Hamm Vibrating compactor.  The completed elevation for Lot 45 was  approximately  880 and a maximum elevation for lot 50 at 896.
