Observations/Finding

As requested, the site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawling/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. 

Upon arrival at Harmony Heights a meeting was held with The foreman for ALGC to discuss Rock issues while attempting to dig sewer lines at an approximate elevation of 830-860.  Three specific problem  areas included: between lots 44 & 3 (approximately 30 linear feet), between lots 66 & 80 (approximately 20 linear feet), and between lots 66 & 64 (approximately 20 linear feet).  It was determined the best course of action would be to use a tractor mounted hammer drill to break up the problem areas. This equipment was used for 5 days.
