Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities.

The following are observations that were made at this time:

• unsuitable material removed from areas mentioned in previous report was being placed in pits made from the mining of structural fill. These pits were measured to be approximately  20’x97’x30’ and 35’x67’x40’.
