Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

Upon arrival the writer observed work already in progress for storm sewer at location A9.  This section consisted of approximately 250 linear feet at an elevation of 880 ft.  It was observed that  5″ of #57 stone was placed under and to the sides of the Black corrugated 16″ pipe.  the area was then filled with 6″ of soil and packed with an RTSC2 Wacker Nuesom.  This was repeated until until a lager vibrating CAT compactor could be used.
