Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

Mr. Pucket, on site grading foreman, called ASEC with concerns of high levels of soil moisture in regards to Lot #34.  This lot was originally a temporary detention pond.  Upon observation some minor deflection could be detected.  Two Nuclear tests were conducted (please find the attached report)  at an elevation approximately 1065.  It was discussed that the moisture was higher than acceptable.   A recommendation was given to open the soil and allow drying over the next few days.  A follow up visit would be required on Monday the 13th.
