Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

• Excavation continued under Ancoats Street to lay sewer drain pipe up to Manhole S6.
• Further this excavation and pipe installation is planned to continue towards S1.
• No backfilling was performed on this day. The crew plans to backfill the trenches the next day.
• No density testing was performed on this day
