Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time: The above-mentioned technician was present to observe groundwater discovered underneath roadway from a natural spring. The proposed and implemented solution was to place a French drain underneath the drainpipe placed in the area (area approximately 120’ by 6’) to drain the water out of the soil into the nearby creek.
