Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

-Excavating further pits for the purpose of burying excess rock on site.

-Utilizing soil excavated from the above mentioned pits to place in a thin layer along the entrance roadway and letting wet soils aerate.

-Moving piles of rock excavated from area mentioned in previous report.

-Continued sewer excavation in the area of Manhole 5.4.

-Continued rock breaking on site.
