Observations/Finding

The undersigned ASEC Inspector was on site, on the above date, for the purpose of general site monitoring and assessment of contractor and subcontractor activities. The following are observations that were made at this time:

-Continuing pipe laying in the area of lots 310 through 314.

-Placed fill on lots 335 through 337 but was not compacted at the time of site visit so no density tests were taken.

-Rock Breaking continued on site.

-Continued moving rocks into excavated pits.
