Observations/Finding

As requested, an ASEC technician was present at the above referenced site for the purpose of conducting a basement wall inspection for Lots #18 and 19.

The wall reinforcing steel evaluation was inspected visually for rebar size, spacing and quantity.

The wall reinforcing steel placement appeared to be in accordance with Southeast Zone, Riverton, NPC plan number 1853.200, Pulte Structural drawing by visual inspection, and is ready for concrete placement.

The superintendent has been notified of these findings.
