Observations/Finding
The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. Upon visiting the site (Lot #4), after a request for inspection, it was noted the footing reinforcing steel was not placed as per job specifications. It was requested that all rebar be tied as well as all debris removed from slab area before concrete placement. The footing was probed as well and a DCP performed and deemed suitable for concrete placement. Please see the attached data.

Footing reinforcing steel was not tied to code. It was requested that all rebar be tied as well as all debris removed from slab area prior to concrete placement. The footing was probed as well as a DCP performed and deemed acceptable. Please see the attached data.
