Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services for Lot #19. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on-site today:

The footing evaluation was performed by visual inspection, hand probing, and dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP) testing. DCP ‘s were performed on the north and east sides of the lot. During the evaluation, well-compacted fill soils were encountered underlain by residual soils. Lot #19 is suitable for concrete placement.
