Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

An inspection was completed on Lot #39, Pod 17 in the Pinnacle section of Suncity.  Rebar was observed to be placed correctly for size, spacing, and quantity.  Two DCPs were conducted on the Northeast side at the road frontage. Previously, it was discussed with Robert the foreman of the concrete crew that if a rain/ice event happens the footings would need to be de-mucked prior to concrete placement.  A rain/ice event did happen before concrete was placed.  Robert stated the footing had been de-mucked, but there was no reinspection.
