Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today

Upon arrival, our representative met with Donnie, foreman of the grading crew.  A discussion was held in regard to the contractor notifying us for scheduling and issues preparing the decel lane near the entrance for the Pickens landing project.

In addition, our representative was asked to look at the footing for the retaining wall on back side of the property.  A discussion was had with the Josh the wall crew foreman in regard to scheduling.  Our representative voiced concern about potential incoming rain and the effects on the exposed foundation excavation.
