Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today:

A site visit was arranged after one week of rain on site.  Due to a large amount of standing water the main road was inaccessible.

A meeting was held with the on-site foreman Dennis.  He stated that rock was encountered between storm drain locations A9-A91, an area approximately 120 feet long and 10 feet wide and to a depth of 6 feet.  The work had already been completed.  See attached photos.
