Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to assure compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals. The following observations were made on site today :

Upon arrival it was noted that several lifts were completed on the Dam Keyway since the last visit.

A discussion with Morris Puckett Foreman determined that the south side beyond the dam keyway was not excavated and was beyond the scope of this project.

Three lifts were completed today using a Komatsu 51 PX Bulldozer & Caterpillar CP2 vibrating sheeps-foot roller. Please see attached Density Report.
