Observations/Finding

The site was visited by the undersigned AS Engineering and Consulting (ASEC) representative for the purpose of providing quality control inspection and testing services. Visual observation techniques were employed to verify compliance with project drawings/specifications, applicable codes, and materials submittals.

Our ASEC representative performed foundation bearing tests in the below referenced footing areas.  All referenced footings were found to meet the job specification for a soil bearing pressure of 2,000 psf.

A reinforcing steel inspection was performed on the following locations: (Lots #11 ,13,90 & 15).  Reinforcing steel was observed to meet job specifications for required size, spacing, and quantity. No discrepancies were noted.

If foundation soils become wet prior to concrete placement, they should be reevaluated by a geotechnical engineer or qualified soils technician. All soft and wet soils or debris should be removed from foundations prior to concrete placement.
